Pain in the hip can be a serious problem requiring further investigation with diagnostic imaging or a minor tendon or bursa inflammatory issue. Usually pain in the groin area with concurrent stiffness in the hip when crossing your legs needs to be investigated further with diagnostic imaging. Pain on the side of the hip is in many cases, inflammation of the bursa which has origins in faulty pelvis biomechanics. These faulty biomechanics can be helped with conservative rehabilitation.
